What is Chair Massage?
Chair massage is a brief, seated massage that aims to energize the body and mind, and reduce stress. Each session is 15 minutes long and addresses tension in the upper body. Chair massage does not require lotion or oil and is applied directly through clothing. My massage chair is comfortable, portable and easy to set up in most locations.
