Rolfing® S.I.
Rolfing® S.I. is a form of bodywork that reorganizes the connective tissues (fascia) which permeate the body. Utilizing movement education, soft tissue manipulation and mobilization techniques, Rolfing® S.I. works on these tissues to realign, release and balance the body.
